Detailed Policy Terms
1. Eligible Services
Cancellation policy applies to web development, digital marketing campaigns, software development, and consultation services. Custom enterprise solutions may have different terms as outlined in your service agreement.
2. Cancellation Timeline
- Within 24 hours: Full refund, no questions asked
- 24-72 hours: 75% refund if work hasn't started
- After 72 hours: Refund based on work completed
- After project start: Pro-rated refund for remaining work
3. Non-Refundable Items
Third-party costs (domain registration, SSL certificates, advertising spend), completed deliverables, and setup fees are non-refundable. Any custom work that has been delivered and approved cannot be refunded.
4. Refund Method
All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase. Bank transfers may take 7-10 business days, while UPI/wallet refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
