At Payzon India Pvt Ltd, we are committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction with our digital marketing services. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed. We strive to maintain transparency and fairness in all our transactions.

Service-Based Refund Terms

Digital Marketing Services

Once digital marketing campaigns, SEO services, social media management, or content creation work has commenced, refunds are not available. This is because our team invests significant time, effort, and resources from the moment services begin. All strategy development, content creation, and campaign setup activities are non-refundable.

Monthly Retainer Services

For monthly retainer packages, refunds can only be requested before any work has been initiated for that billing period. Once we have begun delivering services for the month, the payment for that month becomes non-refundable. Clients may cancel future months with proper notice.

Custom Projects

Custom project fees (including website development, branding packages, and consultation services) are subject to milestone-based refunds. If you wish to discontinue a project, refunds will be calculated based on completed milestones minus associated costs incurred.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the terms outlined above, please follow these steps:

Send a detailed refund request to support@payzonindia.com within 7 days of the payment date. Include your order number, service details, and reason for the refund request.

Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days. We may contact you for additional information or clarification during this period.

Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days. You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services and fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

Third-party advertising costs (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.) that have already been spent on your behalf

Domain registration, hosting fees, and other external service subscriptions purchased for your project

Custom content already delivered (articles, graphics, videos, etc.)

Consultation fees for strategy sessions or meetings already conducted

Rush or expedited service fees

Services rendered more than 30 days prior to the refund request

Discounted or promotional packages that have been partially or fully delivered

Cancellation Terms

Clients have the right to cancel services under the following conditions:

Before Work Commences

If you cancel before any work has begun on your project or campaign, you are entitled to a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee to cover processing costs and initial consultation time.

During Project Execution

If you cancel after work has commenced, refunds will be calculated based on work completed. You will be charged for all completed milestones, hours worked, and any third-party costs incurred on your behalf.

Notice Period

For ongoing monthly services, clients must provide at least 30 days' written notice to cancel. Cancellations without proper notice will result in charges for the full month's services.

It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
